They just did a shootout in 4-Wheel ATV Action magazine between the Predator and the YFZ450. While the YFZ won in every other category, the Predator did in fact beat it in a drag race by 3 quad lengths. Here's a quote from the article:
"We drag raced the two quads on pavement, slightly uphill for approximately 125 yards. Thanks to the horsepower displayed on the dyno, the Predator beat the YFZ by a quarter-second, which represents about 3 quad lengths."
The Predators are cool, but they are definately not the best racing quad you can get for your money.

You just proved your ignorance. The TRX450R wont be released until December.
And no I'm not a polaris hater, I actually think predators are pretty good all around quads.
Also, the new yamaha 450f is slower, and I already know of people breaking their swingarms and frames

It is possible believe it or not. I have done it before too, you dont scrape the footpeg itself, just the part where it connects to, it hangs down a little, and ive scraped it, you also bottom out when you do it, when i do land like that, the heel of my shoe hits the ground, i know it doesnt seem possible but it is.

for those who jump around 100ft., what does it feel like? i bet it feels great! 70ft. isn't too bad, but i would like to be in the air a little longer. i wouldn't mind having a huger kicker, where you only jump like 40ft., but get 40-50ft high.

I ahven't been jumpin really long, but just finished a 20' double on my parents property, and have hit it a few times, I want to build about a 50' table top, cause I feel more comfortable on table tops.
