Your welcome Dingo150rider.
BTW, I rode a Kazuma Cougar 250 not too long ago. Top speed 53 mph (clocked). D*mn nice quad.
Twin 234 cc engine rated 20 hp at 8200 rpm. Winds out real nice. Pops wheelies with ease.
A little heavy for it's engine size, but it scoots right along.
Maybe your next quad? )

In fact the whole quad is a near-copy of a previously made Honda.
Have you rode one, juggalo? I found it solid, rugged, and very peppy.
Acceleration is excellent for it's weight, top end has been stepped up from 38 for
previous models to 50 this year.
Clearances are tight, brakes good, ride stiff but comfortable.
Not a speed demon for sure, but adequate for a utility, and it handles
very nicely. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any new rider.
More brand prejudice? The new quad on the block gets the putdown?
Or is it just because it is made in China? Look hard at everything you buy
this Christmas. Chances are good 50% of it is made in China.

not brand loyal or mad that its made in china. i'll admit i haven't rode one but i've had one pass me in the trails and i have seen one at the local drag races. didn't impress me much. i dunno i'll just stick to the major manufacturers myself. the kids 13-14 years old he should be riding a real quad not a 250. if anything he could go out and find a decent used blaster for the price hed pay for that 250 and i gaurentee he'd have a lot more fun on that.
