ATVs by far. ATVs are more stable and faster. ATCs are very unstable and a ATV would be better for dunes. ATVs are better in every way.

I agree. I own both and though the atc is still a ton of fun but the quad is twice as good. Why? Stability stability stability! I admit I don't have a lot of experience with three wheelers (I just bought mine this season) so maybe the guys out there who grew up on them would disagree, but I can go a lot faster on the quad. Not just because its a faster bike but because I can feel safer through whoops, bumps, jumps and turns.

fast440 is right...i grew up with so many 3 wheelers they are second nature...but if u havent ridden one at all go with a quad....and as far as speed and other things...their are 3 wheelers out there pretty damn fast...

I WISH THEY MADE NEW 3 WHEELERS!!! I would love my V-Force as an atc. I can wheelie and still see were i am going. It can be unstable for an unexperienced rider, but for us experienced riders, i wish we still had a choice. I have not fell off my atc in 10 years or more and i still ride it at work and on trails and in the dunes.

I love the looks. The plastic is not weak......it is actualy very stout or firm. It is not flimsy like (my) other atvs. That could be good or bad, i dont know yet. I have read of someone breaking their LE plastic, but they also said it was 35 outside.

My friend has a vforce and the plastic on his is so strong, i laid my 145 lbs. *** on it with my feet off the ground and everything, the plastic may have moved an inch, that stuff is strong!
