that makes sense.. turf tamers definitly have a lot of *****, is there any kind of combination that works at least ok in both snow and on the ice? like some sort of a happy medium?

the best tire for snow/ice i think is realtors. they work great in snow but im not sure of ice. and any kind of studs work well, if u dont have a lot of money go to a big harware store like menards or sumtinn like that and get a back of sheet metal screws w/ hex heads.. work just as well

has anyone tried studding realtors? best of both worlds, if it worked...

How do you stud a tire? I have never understood if you actually screw the studs into the tire or not?

i just got in ... a foot of snow, and more to come... should be 2 feet by tomorrow morning.. donuts in the street are fun! haha [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]
