I can't believe what I've got myself sucked into here, but here goes.... Horsepower lights the tires, but torque puts it in motion! (it's all in fun guys)
Back in the 90's Honda played with a fuel injected 2-stroke, emission outfitted motorcycle. I don't know what became of it, but I'm sure it wasn't cost-effective or It'd still be around.

2 strokes do put out more power than 4strokes,just not as much torque
Don't judge an engine by how many cycles it runs on.LOL

Bone stock my Cr500r will post anywhere between 58-61 h.p and 48-51 ft lbs of torque between 6000-7000rpm.Depending on the Dynomometer.All dynos vary a bit.
I think thats a dumptruck more than a 660 and more than enough against the DS.
