not outlawing.. stopping production... there is a difference.. but i think they will just make emissions higher.. if they know there are so bad... then why are they waiting until 06?

Good point hozed, i have absolutely no idea, and its rediculous, i hate that they are doing this crap, but at least we have some new hi-tec 4 stroke quads to sort of take their place(sniffle....sniffle)
