is the z250 a good relable sturdy quad and how fast does it go and i have heard its the best in its class is this true? o yea and how does it do in the trails.

knock on wood.... I have had mine since july and never had a problenm with it . Iits great on trails, i ride on 200+ acres with alot of different terrain and no complaints. it even does decent with stock tires in the snow . my only complaint is the speed. if you do all trail riding and they're tight then the 250 is great. if they're wide open or you ride tracks at all then go with the 400. the 250 tops out around 55 or so which is plenty fast for trails and you can realy master the 250 quick. in fact i was hanging with some 400's at rausch creeks atv tracks in pawhich real impressed me. if your looking for a 250 auto clutch then this is what you want, good luck..

 

ok thanks for the info the reason i was asking is becasue i dont know anyone who has one cause there new but i know a couple of people with 250exs and there telling me to go with it but i like the looks and the larger engine of the z better so i just need someone who has one to tell me how it is on the trail and that all i ride is the trail so im going with a 250 instead of the 400 so thanks for the info zquader.

make sure and get some skids for it , I also got some power madd hand guards that work good. if you have any ?s on some accesories, ask away.

 

r the mad hand guards do they just keep your hands from getting cuts and stuff? and what would u say be the best exhaust for it? thanks

 

the handguards help protect you frm branches stickers or stones from other quads in front of you . as far as the exhaust i would say the dmc alien is the best
