i can beat anyone in my area riding a wheelie ( they say the way i do it is cheating but i dont think you can cheat) just put your left back foot in the back bar and your right where its usually is and give it a lil gas for it to come and once it gets to the balancing point and you get used to where it is u can ride one at a walking speed for as long as you want and once your up just give it a small putt of gas ever second and never keep the throttle in one positioni think u can ride them alot longer and better that way at higher speeds to b/c you can put more of your weight on the back and of you are to high just tap the back brake and get it to the balncing point and just float for a while....i just love riding wheelies

With my dads trailblazer u have to go from a dead stop. Nail it then when it hits its power band pull on the bars. I dont have to put my knee on the seat. It can pull some good wheelies at least 30 ft.

I do it either way on my Warrior. Usually from a stop in 1st gear, just give it a little gas, drop the clutch and pull back. Doing it with one foot on the peg and one foot on the grab bar is a good way to start out, but sitting down is harder.

Now on a Polaris it might be more complicated, but I've seen my brother do it on his Scrambler tons of times, and from what I can tell he nails it and holds the brakes for a split second and then lets go and pulls back. I've never been able to figure out how to do it though.

yea you can do it that way to its somthin like using a clutch when holding the brake it stops the wheels from moving ( well somewhat ) and just lean back give it gas and just drop the lever and it comes up. its not the best thing for the belt but it will be ok
