Default Banshee questions!

I have a completely stock KFX 700. I have raced a friends z400 w/complete Sparks exhaust system. The race hinged on who got the holeshot. If I did, he could not catch me and vice versa. I just love to hear people talk out their azz when they probably have never even raced any of the above bikes. I only give opinions on the machines I have reaced. That includes Banshee's. I could beat the stock one out of the hole, then he would pass by several lenghts then we would top out at almost the exact same speed. This was on an old airstrip so it was a LONG race. Now his SST piped and jetted Banshee is a different story. I can get hime through maybe 2-3 gears then he is gone by more than several lenghts and can keep pulling me on the top end too. Those are facts. My buddy with the Z is on this board and will back my story too.

Default Banshee questions!

you never said what your size is. the ds is big but if your over 6' it is very comfortable. thats the reason i picked it over a raptor. if i'm going to spend a couple of hours at a time on a quad i don't want to be stiff when i get off. the only draw back i have with the ds is no reverse, but i live with it. there's also plenty of mods for the ds also. go to the kawasaki, yamaha and bombardier forums and ask questions in each. thats the best way to get the info you need to decide. main thing is ride each before you decide.
