actually rappys have 37 or 38 lol big difference and whats with 5-20 its not estimated you put it on a dyno bam you get a number

 

I have yet to see two dynos coincide, jacka$$. 5 different dynos by different companies on the same machine will produce different figures. Do some freakin web searches on the subject before getting an attitude. I've seen dynos that show raptors with almost 50 HP stock, and others at 45 HP. You might have realized what I was talking about had you read my entire post instead of just skimming it.

I've seen more than one dyno on those quads.

 

my pred stock was about 35 now it is 44. and that is just what the dyno machine read at sandtech here in vegas. i know its not much compared to some of your guys but i have not ever touched the moter.

 

I think the banshee stock is like 30 or so, not much more.but oh what a little porting can do..................

 

You know what....its true...different dynos will show different figures...Your best bet is to actually go to suzuki or yamaha or whatever website..look up the machine and see what it says!

Banshee is around 35hp stock.

Raptor is around 37hp stock except in Cali....there were reports floating around the net that in Cali the Raptor's were setup with 34-35hp. But it could be just BS and 37 is the number across the country.

YFZ has 37-39.

Never heard of a Pred having 42 stock!!!!! Because if it does something is wrong because it doesn't out accelerate the yfz, or pull more top end then the Raptor. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img] I originally heard the Pred had 36-37hp stock.

Honda 450R has around 34hp but has a smooth torque curve.

Honda 400ex has something like 27-28hp.

Z400&Clones has around 30hp.

 

the 450r has about 37, the YFZ about 39. those 2 r very close in horsepower, and in stock trim, with equal riders, they r dead even in a drag race. HP numbers don't always transfer to the ground. so a pred could have 42 HP since it's a 500cc. but it's x-tra weight, and gearing would affect how it performs
