Thats what im talkin about!!!! These are acurate #s, The other dyno down here in Vegas is about 1 hp less than skips. They said @ silver state motorsports that they got 34 hp out of a piped and jetted yfz. I know these #s sound low, but No matter what the dyno is used as a tuning tool. I am getting 65 hp and 55 ft lb torq down here, and as low as it read I guess I should be happy. Those are good #s for that dyno with your pred.

Speedy, do you ever go ride @ Pabco?
yes i do ride at pabco. well did

we were riding last sunday 5-16 and i whent of a cliff on the gravel rode towards lake mead. flew about 20 ft. into a ditch. landed straight into the boulders trashed the pred and me. lucky i had all my gear on .

At the wheels, yeah. My post stated stock Crank HP as posted by Yamaha (ft-lbs torq x rpm / 5252 = HP). Someone else has already highlighted that.

Do you mean the torque numbers? They're posted on Yamaha Canada's web site.

The calculation numbers were from somewhere here in the forums. They make sense too, since for my Warrior:

20.3lbs-ft x 6000RPM / 5252 = 23 HP .. given roughly a 20% loss in the drive train that comes down to 18HP at the rear wheels.

That is funny, I figured I had seen ya if you ride Pabco. Ive seen and raced a few preds there. Its a small town aint it? I cant believe they are building houses out there. Ive been riding there @ Pabco for yeeaars. How much does your buddy weigh on the crf 450. That is a good bike to dial my ds in against on the road.

Yeah, it was me w/ dark green expo. I raced your nephew right in front of the water plant. And he said he had raced me @ Dumont a few weeks proir. I was with my son and his friend giving them a feel for the new drag pipe. I also am pi$$ed about the pipe line they just ran through the old school whoop section and Carey harts old track. That was the shiznit back in the day. I hope they keep them paved road open for some tuning. And I couldnt find the big sand hill that was back in the desert, They must have taken it down

I didnt race you, just the crf. I raced a pred out there that was covered in mud, but I clowned him pretty bad.

the sand hill is back there. it's just before the rode turns to dirt about 50 yards or so before. where that sand hill is at is the graded rode that goes to lake mead and the 1st turn that it takes that you can see lake mead is were i whent off into the ditch. if you know where i'm talking about you know how lucking i am to be walking or even alive!
