Should I get ITP Sand Stars,Skat-Trak Haulers or Kenda Geckos for my stock 400EX? I will just be riding and having a good time not dragracing.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

I have personally ridden on both (YFZ450) the ITP's are great for duning but if you want to drag it out go with the haulers.

 

Weight in ascending order:
-Haulers
-Sand Stars
-Long list of other tires
-Geckos

On the sand, the weight of the tire makes a huge difference. The heavier the tire, the harder the engine has to work to get it, or keep it spinning.

If you are just messing around and don't plan on racing or doing insane hillclimbs, go with either the Sand stars or the Geckos, whichever you can get cheaper, because you will probably never know the difference.

If you *might* do some racing and hill climbing, but mostly cruising around, go with the Sand stars.

If you know that you will be doing racing, hill climbs, or money isn't an issue, go with the Haulers.
