how are the power gains for thw 400ex with the LTE dual pipes

On the site it says 2-3hp????? I figure that would be pipe only. Jet up, add a k&n filter with no lid and I would say it would be good to go. They look awesome though.

i've rode one with them i wouldn't say there any better than other pipes.
