Is the dmc alien exhaust for a z250 loud?

 

i know the alien exhaust for the z400 is pretty loud..do you want it to be loud?

"Less sound, means more ground!" We need an attitude adjustment in this sport! The old days when it was "cool" to have a loud exhaust, are long gone. Loud exhausts are one of the main reasons that we face opposition from the non-riding public. We have to boycott exhaust manufacturers that aren't putting their R&D efforts into reasonably quiet pipes.

You ride a Z250, which is pretty much a kids bike, so I am assuming you are young??? If you want to keep riding for the rest of your life, especially there in the overcrowded northeast, you are going to want a stealthy exhaust.

 

Maybe hes riding on public land? Calm down guys dont jump on him...

 

look for something in the range of like 96-97 DB, actually, i have no idea what the DB limit is, im assuming thats fairly quiet

 

my buddy has an alien exhaust on his yfz450 and its loud
I have yoshimura and its loud enough and as they say
if its to loud your to old

 

96-97 DB level is pretty high. Most places limit you too a 99DB level or else you get kicked out.

 

and you know the people that proably complain the most are the ones driving the rice burners
nobody coplains about how loud they are or the sound they make driving by setting of alarms
ive heard cars louder than bikes and nobody bitches
