all i know is i dont like gas-gas(g@y name) and i will never purchase one, i have yet to see any in real life, and their a crappy made peice a hunk. have fun with your "gas-Gas"!!! get a real toy..... and have fun, im sure you gas-gas can whoop a YFZ, you know, with your magical 20hp port job and all! you need Reed Cages, Carbs, Intake Kits, Exhaust, Porting, Head Mods, Piston to reach 20 more hp!!!

 

and if their so great, why dont i see a section for "Gas-Gas"? They got: Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki, Polaris, Bombardier(sp?) Honda, Cannondale(sp?) but no gasgas? Hey, go to the Kids and other ATV section and race your gas gas's around with the kid quads, where they belong.

I doubt I would shell out over $8,000 grand for one but you have to give Gas Gas some credit for havin the stones to produce a fairly large bore 2-stroke in a 4-stroke dominated market. The price on them is high but you are getting a lot for your money. A 50 inch width (chrome a-arms and axle), lots of chromoly, lots of aftermarket parts standard, and a meaty powervalved 300cc 2-stroke....if it was wearing a Honda badge I probably would have bought one.

 

hey raptor boy id put a stock 300 gg or 45 gg up again your craptor, or better yet gas gas make a 50cc quad it would probaly do the business also...

I hate getting into arguments online, or pointing people out, but for you, I must make an exception.

Not only do you bash other peoples products/toys, but you sincerely have no clue about what you speak of! You have yet to see a Gas Gas in real life, but go on to say it has bad parts and is a pile of junk? I bet you couldn't tell me one thing about a Gas Gas off hand without researching it, besides knowing it is a 300 or a 450.

Does it make you feel better about yourself or your quad to make fun of and ridicule other riders and their quads? I mean, I just don't understand?

But then again, I guess thats the difference between you and I. Instead of chastizing and humiliating other members and their rides, I try to be a productive part of the forum without putting down the people who give the sport a good name...

your just saying you dont know what your talking about but keep on thinkin the yfz 450 better and your rapptors still slower than both.
To each his own and if you dont want the same machine as everyone else take a chance on a new brand and you may be happy or not. I have been nothing but impressed with my bike and im keeping it... Mainly couse i like 2 stroke power!!!
