Default yfz450 vs. predator

Yep you are right, I did not pay that much attention. But if you round up on 1st gear on the TLD it will be the same as the 1st gear on the std. Alot of people think that they changed all the gears on the tld, they only changed 2-4.

what I meant, and I guess I should have been a little clearer, was that maybe they did change first gear but they rounded up the numbers in the manual so it looks like they didn't change it. Again, I don't have the slightest clue as to which is right though. There seems to be a lot of confusion about this TLD transmission

real life : on a tt track with 2 good riders the predetor in one lap loses by about 2 quad lengths. i think its due the high nreving of the yfz,

im sorry that is the 1/8th ..... my bad ... bottom line the yfz will get you there faster but the raptor and preditor are top speed faster. top speed that i have seen on a yfz (semi stock ) is about 77 mph..

I would say the YFZ would take it all the way through, predator might have an edge on top end.

Ok....you guys sound like you have never raced a predator before. The yfz will beat the predator, and the 660 will beat the yfz.The predator is not that fast of a bike for being open class. It is too heavy of a heavy bike.If you do get a nice long road like the highway you will see that the yfz will beat it and it stays like not even a bikelength away from the 660.The yfz is right there with the 660.Until you get a pipe and a jet on the 660, it will beat any bike that is piped and jetted. As in every bike other than the raptor 700.Although we dont even know which one is faster yet. Most likely the 700 but we will wait and see.
