yfz is quicker.......pred is faster......

 

disagree. yfz is quicker and just as fast as a predator

 

Let me be the first to say WELCOME TO THE FORUMS! If you have a 05 TLD i bet the YFZ would win just because the 05 is geared down. But they are pretty close; rider and holeshot would be the deciding factors

 

the 05 tld is not geared down, 5th is the same as the std

I'd have to say that the new predator 500 can be the raptor 660R but not by much, and the YFZ450 is a little quicker than the raptor by a quad lenght or so, so there for the YFZ450 is faster by a quad or so. But it also depends on the rider to and how good they are and their weight. Therefore the YFZ450 is faster but, i still love the predator and would take one any day.

 

i think it would definetly take the raptor by more than a quad length. the yfz took the predator by a lil more than that in my experience (he did have the baffle out)
