What is a yfX 450?

i think the 450R is the best quad. but its my opinion. Its really a toss up between the YFZ and 450R IMO.

AMEN to that, my 310R beats up 450's of Yamaha or Honda

Oh what do you people mean when you say the R............the R is and always will be referred to as the 250R, not the 450, there was no more R's with quads until this thing came out, and it's far from being a legend, the honda bikes were the only ones that ended in R's (ex. cr250R), and this post was supposed to be between the YFZ, TRX450, and the 250R and most of you guys didn't even include it, the 450's are nice machines but they are not that far ahead of the game, in fact the 250R set the standards for all sport quads, and the 450's are based off of the 250, just with a 4 stroke engine, stock they are all close to the same, with the YFZ being a tad faster than the others, but when you even START modding a 250R they are one of the hardest quads to beat, i've been told by many people that a 265R will sometimes beat the 310R's, especially the Curtis Sparks 265R's, i doubt drag racing, but put a 450 up against a modded R and see what happens, i been down this road before and have yet been beatin by any 4 stroke quad existing today and it's a fact.......
