Hi, I have a 2004 suzuki z250 and wanted to take it out in the winter. But it wont start up. this might be a stupid question, but can i get some pointers on what to do to help get it started. I had the fuel on prime and had it on full choke, and it would start up for a couple seconds and then die. Any help please?

 

check and see if the reserve is on. It sounds stupid but ive heard of it happin where someone cant start it up cause there gas is off.

 

Well there are three levels on my gas, there is prime, on and reserve. so the gas is always on. And when i was trying to start it i had full chock on and had it on prime.
