ok i wanna take the lid off my airbox but i trail ride and im afraid of water gettin in there. I just got a pro design clamp on filter adaptor kit. Who rides trails with some mud on them with threre air box lid off?? I also have a outerwear to go on the filter how good is that to keep the water out??

I have ehs lids on my 400's and 450. Love them, but I live in relatively dry country (except for this year!). They certainly are not water proof, but they are water repellent. If you run in big time water, you will just have to keep the solid lid on!
