The Raptor may be better in the dunes beacuse it has more raw horsepower than the Z. I also think the raptor is a better trail quad than the Z, but the Z is not tall and tippy like the Raptor so it will out handle it on a track.

 

The z's shocks are not even close to a 450r or yfz shocks. I can jump way further and land flat on my 450r than any z i have ever been on. I would compare the z's shocks to a blaster!

 

the z's shcoks are wayyy better then raptor shocks!!! Two of my friend have raptors and ive had the honor of towing them both out of the woods with my kfx. Both are fun but id go with the Z, not that im biased[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

The Z's shocks are better, especially for the 05. If you're bottoming out, you're landing wrong, or don't have the shocks adjusted properly for your weight. The 660 seems to have some horribly cheap rear axles. I've seen 2 brand new 660Rs completely 90 degree bend one of the rear axles in the past 10 days from sliding and catching a large rock funny.

 

blaster lmao.. yeah right i land flat ground all the time and i dont bottom out at all once i did thats it. when i get my Alba kit ill take you on ur little 450r been there seen it done. although i do like honda alot.

u are dumb im talkin abouot the 05 z400 shocks man there really nice and like i said before comparible to yfz/450r shocks.
