ridinsmooth, throttle bodies are on EFI motors are they not?
trailblazer, Try a little greease or something on the springs I don't know. Nothing is lose in the carbs at all? Maybe even check your throttle cable to see if it sticks there and it holding the carbs wide open.

There is always a chance that the cable is actually binding inside of the sleeve. If you have the money, buy a new cables. I mean only one of them could be binding and that would be enough. Remove the cables and try to slide the cable in and out of the housing to see if thats the issue. Just a thought.

If the stock TORS are still on, there are many variables. It could be the throttle housing up at the handle bar. From there you have a single cable that runs down underneath the tank and then splits into 2 cables and goes into the TORS system. Then the TORS pulls a separate short cable per carb which actuates the slides. It could be in any of the cables/TORS. If all that checks out then the slides are sticking to the carburetor body. Check everything for free movement.

Broken Shee . HELP
Mine did that to me the first time I went to race it. First corner first heat up side down and under the quad. That sucked. I changed the cable then the housing then the carbs. It went away with different carbs. I then switched the old slides in the new carbs and it came back. The slides were grooved up and caused friction, causing them to hang in the carbs. They are coated with a greyish black coating. If that is scratched up, try new slides.
