i have been checking it out on powroll website how good is it and do you know any other places that might have better bore kits for my 250ex and also could you tell me the hp with that and a hmf pipe k&n filter and jets on it.

well the 250 is a actually 229cc's so had 20 to that and you get 249cc

i dont think that there is another company that makes a bore kit for the 250ex. but theres a few guys around on this site and exriders.com (or atvriders.com if you prefer) that have it.
