Funny thing is, I know how to do them and did them all the time when I was younger. Before I got my lt in March (Which hasn't seen much time.) I hadn't owned a quad in about ten years. I keep letting myself down right before I get to the balance point. I can't seem to get more than like 150 feet. Oh well, I just got a new grab bar and I shouldn't have to worry about breaking the plastics, so that should make me a little more willing.

yeah, my biggest question about my grab bar was is it long enough to protect my muffler, still dont know, but, i think it'll hold the plastics off the ground enough, suppose i'll find out sooner or later

i was doing wheelies in a bean field and i was bringing them up slow and just puttin w/them, kinda bobin up and down you know..and then she was going down so i rang it wide open and i ended up on my back lol

i had'nt wheelied over in like a year, it was kinda funny

Yea on my z though the grab bar seemed to be a little shorter than plastics and pipe, especially after I put 22s on. I put a prm desert grab bar and now it go almost the full width of the quad and sticks out a little further. Not much, but when I had it standing up to put the skidplates on, I probably had a good 2 inches between my plastics/pipe and the floor.

LOL Yeah I think you'd need a small army to pick those up wouln't ya? Check out the prm desert grab for the rear and the baja bumper for the front. I chose these because they give you great points to pick up from and offer a lot more protection than stock.
I think half the problem with the wheelies is that they design the quads to stay on the ground more. It seems to me that the balance point is really hard to find and stay in becuase it wants to lift faster right before and right after the balance point. My brother was laughing at me today because I was just messing around in the street practicing wheelies and could only go so far. It just feels like you're gonna go all the way over, even though I know I won't. He can ride a wheelie until he runs out of space. We can be pinned going down a bumpy a$$ trail and he'll lift his up in fourth gear and ride right accross all the rocks and bumps, but he's just crazy anyway.

hehe, yeah, if the place were i was grabbing was a little higher, i could lift it up, but the articulation was terrible. i know i can lift it up as i lifted my sportsmans front tires a foot of the ground by myself.

how do you like youir big gun CDI? im looking into buying one after i get my nerfs, rath muffler, rath radiator scoops and a airfilter. oh and 4 extra plates for my muffler

I really like it. It's the one with the advanced timing curve. I installed it before the pipe. It made a HUGE difference. I then put the pipe on, without jetting, and the power seemed to drop back to stock. I've re-jetted now and it seems to be about where it was with stock pipe and big gun cdi. I need to fine tune the jetting, but I'm waiting until I get the quiet core. I think the jetting I have now should be about perfect once I recieve my quiet core.
