Im curious to see if they do gear it more towards XC type. IMO, the Suzuki 450 is geared to a smaller portion of quad sells, which is strictly MX. Of course your going to get your trail guys thinking they have something cool by buying a MX machine, but really it is only going to be good on the track. It might be a good sales strategy by Kawi to build a quad geared towards a larger audience.

LOL, good luck. I'll bet you'll have new a-arms and axle within a month, or just a few bent oem ones.

why does the new 450 have a steel swing arm not aluminum

I think its more a durability issue and stregth factor than anything else such as a cost factor.
