What would be the best way to limit the power of the raptor 660?
I looked for a throttle limiter, but was unsuccessful in finding one.
I am getting a really good deal on this quad, and would like to
keep it rather than downgrade to the 350,
But my parents are going to throw a fit if they think it is too powerful.

I'm not sure, but I thought they had a limiter screw on the throttle lever housing. If they don't, maybe you could get a throttle housing from a warrior or something and put it on, they have screws for throttle limiting.

 

You could also try using the cable adjustment to 'lengthen' the throttle cable so that you can't get 'wide open'.
