Sorry bud but this has been proven by tests with the current Outlaw, which has the same IRS set up. The current Outlaw's handling characteristics on the track were fairly well described in a shootout with the Raptor in one of the mags. The Raptor was far better on the track because the Outlaw's IRS made for weird cornering and jumping characteristics. This new one might have a better motor but the fact is that IRS is always going to be inferior to a solid axle on the track.

I'vd heard the same things about the irs being weird on the track, Idk how I would feel jumping it either, but still it seems like it will be a truly awesome machine about everywhere else, they have the predator for the track.

what a waste.....they shoulda waited and released the outlaw with the 525 and then this year gave the pred the 525 also.

it was released with the 525... Are people stupid or do they not realize that the only 525 motor that KTM makes is 510cc's?

im not trying to be mean, but the easiest and cheapest way to make your raptor faster is to lose some weight from the looks of it. again, not trying to be mean.
