what is the bore and stroke on the mongoose and the dvx250, its not the same as the ds250, they are different engines in different plastics and in different frames.
I was wrong about the ds and Kymco. However, the 06 ds I have is a Sym brand. The 07 ds claims to be a Rotax, but when I looked at the 07 in the dealership, we couldn't find any markings from Rotax. Clearly on the 06 I bought, it has SYM stamped on the head.

You should look into getting a blaster, it may be the farthest thing from automatic, but is dirt cheap and has quite a bit of potential for power, the handling is far better than theTrailblazer. its a very fun qaud, the only downside is its small size, but i find it a welcome change after muscling the 650 around the trails

explain to me how it handles better? ive ridden a blaster and it always wants to flip over... even leaning into it. my trailblazer almost never tips and is far wider then just about anything out there. All for all you manual guys how fun is it shifter for a 10 hour ride?

It's a lot of fun to shift. Power steering and auto transmissions are ridiculous. Pretty soon we'll have atvs that drive themselves.

I miss the days where a 250 was the biggest bike you could buy and suspension was a luxury.

Seriously though, I understand why some people want these things, I just prefer to feel more in control of what the machine is doing.

my 85 polaris trailboss will keep up with my manual 230 quad sport. it may not handle like a sport quad, but if you're looking strictly for fastness i wouldnt worry about handling.
