I disagree Sir. Pipes and reeds will make a difference on a stock Banshee. Especially the pipes. The stock exhaust on a Banshee is really worthless. It's way to restrictive.
How many more knots does it give you?

Wouldn't the Can-am Outlander 650 and the Yamaha Banshee be more on the same level?

A set of pipes will let The Banshee rev higher. I have seen a 3-5 mph increase, depending on the kind of pipe used.

Yeah that sounds right 3-5 mph increase thats not bad but what about the vforce 3 reeds too im sure that will help more than 3-5 mph for sure and daron no 1 cares about ur 3 wheeler u know if ur caught here in canada with one they get chopped up because there outlawed ppl got killed on them and 4 wheels are better than 3 anything between 2 and 4 wheels is junk

HHAHAHAHAH!!!!! I'm glad I'm from Texas where you can own what you want. Who doesn't like 3 wheelers??? I like 4 wheelers to, but I started riding a honda atc 70 when I was 2 and by the time I was 4 I was on a big red 250ES. 3 wheelers are not dangerous, inexperienced riders are dangerous. Its like sueing the tobacco company for getting cancer. No one forced them to buy a 3 wheeler, and no one told them to ride like morons. How is that I was 2 years old riding a three wheeler and didn't get hurt??? Anyways, I have one and they are popular as sh it right now. Just look at ebay. Thousands of dollars are being spent on them. More than they cost brand new. I would like to see how your banshee stacks up against my Tri-Z. Oh and just so you know I have nothing against quads as I own two of those and I'm also currently looking for a banshee, so no, I'm not a banshee hater. My point is, to everyone, riding atvs is supposed to be fun. A way to get out of the rut of the weekday jobs and all of that bullsh it. Who cares whose atv is faster or stronger. Ride what you got and have fun.

Hey daron i see ur point yeah 3 wheelers are popular in the states but you cant have any in canada i had a yamaha tri moto 125 when i was younger and that old thing was 1980 and i bet if i still had it i could wheelie longer than anybike made those old bike are fun ill give em that for speed and a good time hey
the banshees i dont like very much tell u the truth they rattle apart and mine is experincing a new sound after being clocked off at 79 mph with slicks for tires and no baffles took them out for sound but if ull agree with me the outty cannot keep up with some racing bikes like my bike the yfz 450 the 700 raptor or the ds 650 baja x

I would have to say no the outlanders are fast for sport utes but comparing them to any racing quad is a joke. It would be a decent race until the outty started running out of gear with that automatic tranny. Then the 6 th gear of most racing quads would walk away.
