i just bought a 2002 raptor 660 and it is all stock but a k&n filter.i am new to owning quads.do you have to jet a quad if you put new exaust on it and how hard is that to do?

 

Yes you will have to rejet the carburators. its really not that difficult. It involves an educated guess on jet size and trial and error from there. You gotta take your front fenders off for the duration of your jetting tests. simply remove carburators unscrew bowls and replace jets.
