dude i hate to tell you but the 700 will not bet a 450 drag racing. well i quess if your on a 450 and dont know how to ride then maybe but there isnt a 700 that i've raced that even comes close to betting me.+

For your size, what your gonna get into with the quad, go with the 700, but like bberck said, get the 08', its sweet. If you actually need more power than what it gives, you might want to look into a different hobbie, with the YFZ, trail riding is not recomended, you will spend a fortune on repairs alone. My 700 is mostly stock, and I ride ***** to the wall, and it is not tippy. My 700 stock against any stock 450 in a drag, will chew it up and spit it out.

if you put a big bore kit then yea we are talking sock or little mods not putting big bore kits spending tons of money.
most people here wont to ride it not work on it.
plus i dont know where you people are riding or if your racing with people that dont know how to ride but where i ride and my friends that ride a yfz450 all will bet a raptor. and anyone that lives in north calif. that goes to the beach let me know and bring it i will show you that it will bet a raptor
