Default 2000 Kawisaki mojave 250 problems

I have a 2000 Kawisaki Mojave 250 that i purchased about a month ago. Ever since i have been riding the bike it been stalling on me. If i ride and get it heated up and stop and shut it off to take a break, i wont be able to get it started again. Also when i just try to leave it idle it will stall. The only way i can get it started after this happens is compression or leave it sit for a while.

Can anyone help me with this problem?

Thanks Ron

If this isn't something you are familiar with, bite the bullet and take it to an experienced mechanic. This is an important thing, that most folks neglect. You can damage your engine!
