Default Scrambler Electrical Gremlins

Hey new to this forum so Hi to everyone!!

Nows the problem. Lately My 2005 scrambler 500 doesnt always disengage from AWD. I flip it into 2x4 and it is still in AWD. It works soemtimes but stays in AWD most of the time.. Any suggestions??
Also Does anyone have a wiring diagram for this model thnx alot everyone

first of all, WELCOME TO THE SITE! I really don't know how to fix your problem. It might be a long shot but i've heard people needing to run in reverse for a few feet before their quads will dissengage.

welcome,make sure your fluid is up on the hubs,no play at all in front tires,play in hubs is play in the hilliards,very not good.change your fluid,there is so little fluid in the hubs i change them very often.make sure there is nothing else in there but on demand awd fluid.what is your wiring problem? i have diagrams from an 01.should be close.
