Default Gas issue

Its a 99 Yamaha blaster 200cc board 30 over ( I was told )
on reserve it sounds fine but when I turn the fuel to on after 30 sec its starts to sound like its going to throw a rod. It already knocks but really bad now that I put new gas in it.
I mixed it 50:1 but when I started to put the oil in the gas can, I looked in and it looked like it had oil already in it but I added it anyway to be safe, so if so it would be mixed at double the oil.
Would that cause the knocking? Its an old bike and I was told it was board 30 over. The dang thing is a MAJOR hand full for even me an im 6ft 235lbs

Overdoing the oil will make it run lean, simply because you are taking away very combustible gas and replacing it with not so combustible oil. That should make it run hot, and a hot engine will detonate more readily (????).

Is the gas old? If it has sat around, it could have lost octane.

after reading up on detonating sounds like my problem. I guess it did have oil in the gas as I thought.
