bumper bolt help

Default bumper bolt help
i got a 400ex and one of the four bolt's holding on the front bumper will not come out. the head of the bolt is completely sheared off and none of the threaded part of the bolt is sticking out, so i cant put vise grips or anything on it to unscrew it. Any ideas?????

its called easy out.you can get it at lowe's and other hardware stores
