A good way to learn to power wheelie is to gas it off the back side of whoops, and get the front end in the air. Eventually, you will get use to it and later be able to do it on flat ground.
As for those guys who can "balance" the quad in a wheelie...I hate them all! That is something I just have never been able to do....

yeah thats pretty fun to do. sometimes ill weelie off one whoop to the next. i just need to practice more i think. i know i could pop one up in the dirt if i slipped the clutch but i dont really wana be beatin my quad. some guys just make it look effortless

Be putting around in 2nd gear at the speed where the power just starts to come on,
have your left foot on the grab bar, right foot over rear brake, lean back, pull up on bars and gas it all at once,
it should come right up, once youve got 2nd gear down try 3rd, and 4th
