Best Tire for My Yfz
It seems that the IPT Holeshot and Maxxis Razr II is what most people like to run on them....... I think a lot depends on where you ride most of your hours.....
I'm a big fan of radials....even since I started using them I feel like I cannot go back........so I run Maxxis IRazr radial....
But I ride a lot of soft and loamy soil and grassy trails.......they work really well for me........ However I'm told the IRazr tend to wear fast on hard pack......
So for a radial on a YFZ I might look into the new IPT Trac Star....... but that is just me.....

Got to pipe in here on the iRazrs and TrakStars. I too prefer radials when I can find ones I like. I tried the iRazrs, and while the fronts were excellent, the backs seriously lacked traction (lugs are spaced just to far apart). It was so bad, that after a couple weeks I pulled them off and gave them to somebody who didn't care if they had traction or not.
As for the TrakStars, we run them on the 250's. They really improve the ride (!), but have nothing in terms of a bead to protect the rims. Plus, they run on the short side, so you will lose a little ground clearance. Next time, I will go back to my old standby Holeshot XC's on the 250's.
