oh ok so they corrected this problem with the later years. do u know what year that happend?

 

I have heard a lot of the guys on the 04/05 models complaining about that. I personally haven't seen that problem on the 06 and newer. I'm not positive. just what I have seen and heard.

 

thanks for the heads up (dodge57hemi), yeah that does explain all the work on my quad, the handling sucked on my quad too, guess i dont have much room to talk! lol!

 

i was @ the honda shop fri lookin @ the 09 450ers & they was talkin bout them seperatin the tranny from the motor and both of them only hold bout .75 of a quart of oil & need to b changed after every 2 rides , is that the way it is on all 450s
