The 08 KTM I would say yes at $9500, but the 09 at $11,000 I say no. The shocks still need to be built for your style, so that adds another $700-$800. The Razr are only 4 ply, so would still need to replace with 6 ply. And it still only has a 30 day warrenty. IMHO I would but a 09 Outlaw 450 that is $4000 cheaper. Same engine, only a few lbs heavier and has just as good stock shocks (but would still need the same rebuild as the KTM). The problem also with the KTM, is resale and dealer support. Look at any that are for sale and there selling a good $4000-$5000 less then MSRP for very slightly used ones. And for $4000, you could make the Outlaw walk circles around the KTM.
