Anybody who says the mags are biased toward Honda are just unable to grasp the concept that Honda makes a super reliable, comfortable, and fast quad. How many mid/early eighties honda trikes do you see still running compared to all the others? Honda built ATV's first and built the best.

If your 14 years of age, legally you should not be riding any of those quads that you mentioned. Clearly this is a concern, because manufactures wouldn't have an age requirement if they didn't feel this was in the best interest to the public. I'm not trying to bash anyone...but I don't want another ATV discontinued because of an under-age kid getting hurt on a high-performance quad..

Personally, I love my 250r. Would rather have a 400ex for the 4-stroke power in the woods. Wouldnt own a banshee around here, just not practical, most of what we do is woods riding and some MX, therefore a banshees top power doesnt do a whole lot of good.
Anyway....in the latest ATV magazine I got, dont remember which it is, they tested the 400ex and Raptor, guess which one? Not the Honda, you would think that since they apparently own the magazine and all they would make their quad win. What a marketing failure that was.

In regards to the Banshee racer, the last time I was at the MX track, I beat 2 440ex's and 2 250r's on my pretty stock 400ex. Does that mean that my quad is so fast? NO, not at all. I was just more comfortable on an MX track then they were. I was not scared to clear the big jumps, where as they would slow down and land in the middle. Let me remind you, these were full blown racers. Shocks, engine kits, and all. It is all about the rider. No bashing meant just trying to get my point across.
