POWER NOW!!!

I've been looking at those Power Now intake fin. they say it gives a way better throttle response. I was curious as to if any has one and what they think about it. Is it worth the money?

Well it really depends on the set up you are running......
I have one now in my z400, but I put it in when I did the Motoworks slip-on. I added the Power Now insert because I did not rejet....... This was basically on advice from Dirt Wheel and one of the engine builders at East Coast ATV. They said sometimes a slip-on will cause a lag in the throttle in the lower RPMs when you don't rejet. But that if you can direct the air in faster that the lag will go away.
To prove this to myself I tested it after I put the exhaust on and sure enough there was a slight lag in the low RPM jet. Once I put the Power Now insert in the lag was not only gone but there was an added punch in the low end.
So in my case, the Power Now did exactly what it was designed to do....to get a more streamlined flow of air into the carb, faster. It allowed me to leave my jetting stock and my airbox lid on. Between the slip-on and the Power Now piece, people are highly impressed with my quad now. The added low end is exactly what I wanted so I will boast the benefits of both.
The fact that you are running a K&N with an open box, I'm not sure you would benefit much from it. Perhaps it would make a slight difference, but I would not guarantee that you would get your money's worth. It would not hurt, but they are not that cheap and in that your cost-to-performance ratio might not be worth it.
But if you have the cash to toss around go for it.....just don't expect to see any huge gain with your current mods.
