Ok i just got a cobra pipe for my 1996 Warrior and was wondering if you have to re-jet your carborator?

Yes you will have to re-jet your carburetor.
I would call cobra and see what size main jet they recomend. If I had to guess I would say a 150 main jet, but you will need check. I would also get a Pro Flow filter system for it.
