Welcome to the forums.
I'd say the kfx or the ex out of the group going by what type riding you'll do. The ex has definitely proven it's reliability. Between those two, there are plenty of upgrades and parts to be found. The ex gets the edge on the trails, but a quick sprocket change on the kfx is a great improvement. The kfx is a little quicker, and is really a ltz 400 that has different plastic. Same as the dvx 400. All three are Suzuki's.

I was kinda leaning toward the ex, Im very familiar with them and have wanted one for as long as i can remember. but, i want POWER. Buddy has a 700 sportsman and i ride with him alot, he may be getting a sport quad too now. But down at his new house is where i'll be moving. and its not a ton of mud compared to back home. so id like to go with a sport quad since he may also he owned a raptor and my cuzin had a ds, both fast as heck. But im not familiar with at all. so im not sure on reliability or ease to work and mod on. Banshee is FAST i know, but not to sure if id wanna go with a 2 stroke....

Banshee is fast, but in a tight trail, you're gonna want that low end grunt you can get from the bottom end of a 4 stroke. And suspension wise, the ltz, kfx, dvx is far better.

Yes, Aftermarket support is plentiful. That Suzuki 400 is a version from the DRZ400 dirtbike and for a few years it was the machine Suzuki ran in the GNC/GNCC series(with a 450 big bore kit.) They are capable of true 450 class power, which you will never get out of the 400EX. Nerfs, bumpers, graphics, all that other stuff is also plentiful.

The Regade's, both the 500 and 800 are GREAT machines they are lighter than most 4x4 utes and will run with most sport quads in a strait line. The downfall is they are heavy for a sport quad therefore don't jump nearly as well. If you ride terrain that is rocky or rutted the Renny is your quad if want a little bit of sport with your 4x4 machine but if you want a machine to jump and haul a_ _ on get a sport machine of some sort!
