The 700xx fits into this category. In stock form it can reach about 76-77mph but there is no speed limiter and it's not even close to hitting the rev limiter, it just simply isn't getting enough fuel which prevents it from revving out in 5th. After installing a fuel controller and a freer flowing aftermarket exhaust - it can reach speeds above 85mph with stock gearing.
