Default a-arms any good???

My experience with Brgard was not that good. However my experience is limited to appearence of the arms and not their functional ability when compared with others. Anyway, I purchased a-arms for my R off of e-bay. I dealt directly with Izzy Burgard. His e-bay username is "quadparts". I won the auction and paid via credit card. Izzy said he was sending the arms immediately. After 2 weeks had gone by without receiving them I called him, and he said," they were shipped you should have received them". I called again a week later and he must have forgot what he told me prior, because he said, "I am shipping them today". I received them a week later and the cheap nickel plate coating was all chipped off, and you can see where they spot welded the arms after the coating was applied. I sent them back to Izzy. After contacting him 2 more times I finally received another set of arms 2 weeks later and they were all chipped, as well. I sent them back to him and got my money back from the credit card company. He lied to me several times and I thought the quality was poor on the arms. Other people may have had a positive experience with Burgard products but I feel that you pay for what you get "a cheap product for a cheap price". I dont enjoy being lied too ,and I feel that I would much rather pay a little more and get a far superior product from someone who appreciates my business.

One other thing--if you do decide to buy Burgards arms, buy them off of e-bay you can get them around $400. You can also contact Izzy by typing in his username and contact him through e-mail via one of his current or past auctions.
