I'm glad everyone except Sparky is wrong in this forum, its nice to know we have a 16 year old that know's more than everyone. So tell me, when ya running for president!?!?!?! And where does it say that a tecate had 42 RWHP? There is no way that motor had that much HP. So you "hear" a stock DS is faster than a banshee, alot of people hear alot of things. Learn to never believe it until you see it for yourself!

the tecate has 42hp yes u read correctly. raptors arent slow ok, they are slow for what they are. very restricted is all im saying. and saying the ds is faster than the banshee was an example.

 

My Raptor didn't seem slow last weekend.

 

i have outran stock banshees w/ my rap. when it was stock. i outran piped and jetted banshees when my rap was stock. all depended on the riders. i dont really recall seeing a stock DS being faster than a stock banshee. i remember the raptor and banshee being the fastest in all the test...top speed and drags. i will gladly line up my highly modded 97 banshee up against a highly modded DS. or even my raptor against the equivelent. i have only SEEN a DS never rode or raced one but to me they seem to big and heavy. if they went on a strict diet and layed off the twinkies then it might be able to show its power. but who gives a crap any way the different brands. i buy yamaha b/c around here i have a choice of that or kawasaki, suzuki, honda. but i dont knock the ex's, warriors or whatnots that show up to ride and race. so saying what i have said dont u think it would be retarded for me to say DS's are crap just b/c i dont like them and i can outrun the ONE i might have raced. if u think raptors are slow........i would hate to see how slow ur DS really is.
