im new at this. just bought a 2001 ds 650 2 weeks ago first 4 wheller in 10 years had a baster when i was 14 quite a differece anyway my choke stuck open and i got gas in my oil so i changed it a couple of times and now the oil pressure temperature light comes on after i ride it for a half an hour ive heard that you need to bleed the system or the light will come on and stay on but it doesnt come on for a while couldnt get the bleed screw loose help please

 

That light will also come on when the quad is running HOT! it may just be coinsidence that it happened after you got gas in your oil.

Anyway, first you can get a Impact screw driver that will break that screw loose(I know its TIGHT!!)

But you may be running lean, causing your engine to run HOT, or you may be running low on fluid. I suggest checking everything, and also buying some radiator shrouds, these will help the radiator quite a bit.

Also, for jetting instructions, got to Butfunguses web site(in the bomb forum) and double check your specs with people that are in a simular Elevation, and set-up as yours. (note) when reading the jetting instructions notice that thier is a difference between Mukini jets(what you got), and the after market Dyno-jets.
