I am considering purchasing the LTZ250. It appears to be a goiod and potentially fun quad for the money.
Could we please hear from people who have purchased this quad?
How do you like it?
How fast does it go?
How does it compare to Honda EX250?
Price paid?
Any other interesting info.

Thanks much!

Hey, my gf has a z250 and it runs great, it wont keep up with my stock scrambler but it runs prolly around 55 true speed + or - a few mph, ive heard that the z250 will smoke a honda 250 and even a honda 300 ex, i think the price was just under 4600. This quad is supposed to be alot better after adding a yoshi pipe, but thats just what i heard.

I just got one a few days ago, rode it around my street and it rides very good. I am taking it to the dunes this weekend and will probably borrow it from my daughter and see how easy a wheelie can be on it. I sure do like the shaft drive, better than the oily messy chains.

yah, it's the latest quad to come out in the 250 competition. it beats all other 250's. it's got a little more top end that a 250 ex, a lil more suspension travel, a lil more ground clearance, a lil more cc's. it's all around a lil more than a 250 ex. there's only one quad out ther that has a smaller engine that will walk all over it, and that's a blaster. get the the z 250, it's bad a$$. it smokes the competition in it's class. reall good quad for the money.

Just bought 2 LT-Z250's ($3750.00 each, $4675 each out the door, w/ ext warranty, tax, registration, etc). Sat on the 2003 Blaster, and let me tell you, if your a medium size rider or bigger, it feels like your trying to ride an old school fisher price trike, with your knees pretty much in full contact with the front fenders and h-bars, yes, it's that small.....Comparatively, it's not much bigger then QuadSport50, lol. For the small difference in price, you don't have some of the ease of use luxury items like, electric start, reverse, adequite seating room.....etc. Since these are pretty much pickup and ride bikes for me, my friends and family, the choice was simple, so I bought the QuadSport Z250, heheh, 2 of them. I'll have a full detailed review on them by Monday June 16th....taking them to PA for a weekend break-in, should be fun......

Just picked up the LTZ250's yesterday evening, and got to get into it's @$$ for about 15-20 minutes. Let me tell you, this little thing has a whole lot to offer, really peppy for it's size, and much more aggressive then I originally anticipated. Wheelies, piece of cake, and I weigh about 165, slight jerk back on the h-bars, giving it full in 2nd, your on 2 wheels no problem. If anyone knows where I can get some aftermarket parts for these, that would be a big help.....So far, i've only found Yoshimura Slip on and Full exhaust systems for this particular model. Anyone had any experience with exhaust, if how is it?

Bought on father's day from Chapparral Motorsports in San Berdoo, $5000 out the door, included nerf bars and a complete gear get-up for my wife, complete down to the knee pads~. The only aftermarket mods out there that I can find are the Yoshi pipe and hardware like skid plates, etc. No air filters or jet kits yet. Contacted Scott's Performance in Montrose...the dude there is working on finding a compatible jetting kit for the Mikuni carb on it. As far as performance...rode it one day so far and I have to say it shows the California emissions control very well. Until I open up the airbox, slip on a pipe, and re-jet the carb...I don't even wanna touch it. Then again I bought it for my old lady, so maybe it's just fine being guttless! By the way, does anyone else's LTZ250 sound a bit loud when you shift it, like metal on metal without oil loud?

Oh yeah...and I'm supposed to list my other material possessions for everyone to drool over...
