RaptorOwner, I'd love to see them, contact me offline at charles@georgefam.com , I might be able to compress them into a different format, and give you some space to put them on my webserver sitting on a DS3 (155mbs pipe).

surfus, I know exactly what you mean, I actually adjusted them last weekend after getting little frustrated with accidentally down shifting when trying to jimmy my foot into place to up shift. Took a total of 3 minutes to make the adjustment, and it made a world of difference.....haven't had any unwanted downshift incidents since.

Ok we went for our 3rd ride Sunday. 4 hours of dusty trails. go here for photos and more info. photos http://www.surfus.com/atv/
half way in our ride I noticed some oil coming from the z250's Rear gear box plug.
when we got back it only took about 1/16" turn with an allen to tighten. I will see if it leaks the next time we ride.

Air cleaner was clean but the 400 was dirty. but I did eat her dust most of the day. I don't see myself taking off the air box cover like everyone is saying. my box was smothered with dust inside and the filter was brown.
