$3600. seems about right for a quad that retails at $3899. But there are dealers that try to squeeze as much out of quad as they can. Sometimes you have to look around alot to get a decent price. My Recon retailed at $3500. and I payed $3300. OTD including everything and the kitchen sink. Ok maybe not a sink. (tax, transfer, tags, title, hitch) If I was going to purchase a quad that retails for $5500. I'd try to get as close to $5000. as possible. It also depends on the demand of the quad.

I don't know where these guys are getting thier prices. I figured at most you'd pay about 3800 and there's a few deals on suzuki's right now. I also only gave 5299 for my z400.

The MSRP is $3899,,,,I got mine for $3799 plus tax and nerf bars,,,just a little over $4000 out the door...
$3600 otd. is a VERY VERY VERY good deal ( hard to believe,,,,but a VERY good deal ) as I bought mine from one of the largest dealers in Ohio J&J Cycles which they have been know for giving good deals as thier turnover rate is so high......
My salesman said that the demand for these bikes are so high right now that they are not taking much off of MSRP right now due to the fact that they can't keep them on the showroom floor,,,,,,and as a matter of fact I took the last one they had in stock,, I had to take the white although I would rather have had the yellow I didn't want to wait......
The price on the Z400 was $5199 plus tax which I thought was a pretty good deal as well.....
